This little hole in the wall cafe has fresh ingredients and the food tastes like it. I had a avocado and tomato sandwich on sunflower seed bread with pumpkin soup to dunk it in. It really was a filling and delicious lunch and I left feeling happy about my decision to eat there. I will be going back
Have been coming here since I was a young child, now I'm 30.. This place has changed a lot over the years but it has also remained the same. Remained the same w consistency, an excellent product selection of the best health foods... But this review is for the cafe. Since opened, the eat in & to go food has always been excellent. The service has always been good, staff friendly. It's just Simple, clean, fresh food, made with care and integrity, composed of High quality ingredients. It's everything that a health cafe should be.
